I have over 20 years of childcare experience, an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati, and previously served as Program Coordinator for Milford Extended Day. My mission is to make every child feel special while creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where they can learn and grow. I’m also a proud mom of three amazing children and enjoy spending my free time cheering at sporting events, planning Disney trips, and relaxing by the pool.

Dina lives in Milford with her husband and two children and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, bringing a diverse background in administration, management, accounting, technology, medical billing, and mental health. She joined A Million Dreams Learning Center in September 2025 as a Resource Teacher, where she focused on supporting staff and creating meaningful memories with children. In September 2026, Dina stepped into the role of Center Coordinator and looks forward to creating a safe, loving, positive, and welcoming environment for all students and families.

I have spent my career caring for children of all ages, including 10 years running my own in-home childcare business and working with Milford Schools Extended Day as a preschool educator, before and after-school educator, and summer camp leader. I’m passionate about creating fun, engaging experiences where children can learn and grow. Outside of A Million Dreams, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, son, and two dogs, cheering on my kids at their sporting events, traveling, reading, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors—especially with a little Mexican food!

Originally from Indiana, I have called Ohio home for the past 10 years and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Wilmington College, with three years of elementary teaching experience before returning to childcare. I live in Batavia with my husband and daughter, and we are excited to welcome our second child in February while continuing to watch children learn and grow at A Million Dreams. I recently revamped our center’s menu to provide homemade, healthy, and nutritious options that children will enjoy.

Ms. Maddy is a mother of 2. She has worked in child care for a few years and truly considers it her passion. She loves spending time with her children and watching them enjoy their passions. She cherishes and appreciates the opportunity to teach and love your littles.

Ms. Nevaeh is a Milford graduate with experience working with children as a nanny, in childcare, and as a respite care provider for foster children. She has two younger siblings, Nolan (12) and Nyah (6), and a bunny named Judy. Nevaeh enjoys reading, is a Cincinnati Cyclones season ticket holder, and loves planning her next Disney adventure. She recently got engaged in front of Cinderella’s Castle and couldn’t be more excited to begin planning her own happily ever after!

Ms. Kristy is married and a proud mom of three children. I grew up in a small community in Brown County and come from a farming family. In my free time, I enjoy sports, concerts, camping, and spending time with my family. I love working with children and helping them learn, grow, and discover new things each day. I am excited to be part of your child’s learning journey!

Ms. Angela recently graduated from Live Oaks in their ECE program. She serves at her church helping students from K-4th grade and with VBS in the summer. She has always had a passion for working with children.Ms. Angela has 2 younger siblings. She and her family are big camping people and go frequently over the summer.

Ms. Bo is originally from Thailand and now lives in Milford, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering and bringing years of experience tutoring and volunteering with children. She is passionate about watching children learn and grow while creating a fun, nurturing environment where they feel encouraged to explore. Outside of the classroom, Bo enjoys gardening, exploring nature, painting, art projects, cooking, and baking, and looks forward to sharing her creativity and curiosity with the children.

Ms. Hailee is a A Goshen High School graduate, I have been working with children since high school. I spent time serving in children’s ministry at River Hills and worked at Milford Extended Day for five years. I absolutely love working with children and creating meaningful experiences for them. Outside of work, I am engaged and excited to be getting married at the end of September 2026! I also have a dog named Dog and enjoy expressing my creativity through makeup.

Ms. Tatum is a mom of three—two boys and one girl—and has been working in childcare for over three years. I absolutely love watching children learn, grow, and reach new milestones. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking. I also have two dogs who keep me busy enjoying the outdoors with my kids. I love creating fun experiences and watching children grow and learn each day!

Ms. CoCo lives in Midland, Ohio, is originally from Indiana, and has been married since 2023; she enjoys spending time with her husband and their cat, Arcee. With many years of experience working with children, she is passionate about providing loving, nurturing care while supporting their development and helping families feel confident in their child’s care. Outside of work, she enjoys making children laugh, cooking, baking, singing, dancing, and exploring her interests in mechanics, electronics, computers, and building.

Ms. Jaelyn has been working in early childhood education since 2022, both in the classroom and as a bus staff member. I truly enjoy watching little ones blossom, grow, and reach new milestones. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, watching TV, and spending quality time with my family.

Ms. Alice has been part of the A Million Dreams Learning Center family since March 2023 and brings over 9 years of experience working with infants and toddlers. Her family calls her Rosie, and outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time with her family, 18 cousins, and four big dogs. She loves being an infant teacher because she gets to watch children grow and reach important milestones while creating a warm, loving, and nurturing environment where they feel safe and supported.

Ms. Shelley is a mom of 3. My children are my world. I've been married for over 31 years to a wonderful man. We enjoy racing cars and spending time with our children. I've been in this field for over 16 years and I really enjoy the time I share with the children each day. My biggest joy is watching them learn new things daily.

Willow holds a Great Oaks Biomedical Certificate from the satellite program at West Clermont High School. While she originally planned to pursue a career in the medical field, she discovered her passion for teaching while working at the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples in Florida, where she was honored for her ability to engage and have fun with children. Willow loves using play, games, and music to create a fun, positive learning environment and enjoys watching children grow and learn. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to Shinedown and working as a Haunt Actor at Kings Island during Halloween. She looks forward to bringing her love of fun, creativity, and learning to the children at A Million Dreams!

Ms. Ashley is currently working as a paraprofessional at CNE and has been part of A Million Dreams for three years. I have always wanted to be a teacher and love helping children learn and grow. I am very family-oriented and enjoy supporting my six younger siblings at their sporting events. I always try to bring a positive attitude and a smile wherever I go!

​Ms. Taylor is currently a student at Live Oaks in their ECE program. After high school she plans on furthering her education to become a Kindergarten teacher or a speech therapist. She loves working with children and enjoys being creative. When not at work or school Taylor enjoys spending time with her many animals (6 dogs, 1 cat, 3 lizards, and 1 rat), going to the aquarium, zoo, and enjoying the outdoors. 

Ms. Jaki has 16 years of experience in child care through preschools, daycares, volunteer work and as a nanny to multiple families. She also has a background in adult personal care and animal fostering. In her personal life, she enjoys hiking, camping and other outdoorsy activities. Ms. Jaki regularly reads childhood psychology books and adores opportunities to give someone a compliment.
