Allie
Frank

Hello, my name is Allie Frank and I am the Center Director here at A Million Dreams. I have worked in the Early Childhood Education field for 10 years. Prior to becoming an administrator, I taught Pre-Kindergarten for 3 years. I have always had a genuine passion for working with children and the love I have for this field continues to grow. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have 6 children ages 1-10 years old. I love playing piano, visiting the zoo and aquarium, going to Red's games and you can absolutely call me a Swiftie.

I obtained my Teaching Credential in 2014 and I'm consistently looking for opportunities to learn and grow as an educator to provide the safest, quality program and create a love for learning in all of my students! I chose to go into education as I learned the vital importance the foundation of early learning and development plays in a child's school career.

As Center Director, I make all efforts to provide a safe, clean and compassionate environment to allow families to know their babies are in the safest place possible while away from their littles. I'm eager to make your years spent here happy, memorable, educational and fun! My door is always open and I encourage you to stop in at any time.  Please don't hesitate to see me if you need anything at all!

Saplings- Lead Teacher

Kim has been apart of the A Million Dreams Family since the Grand Opening in 2020. Prior to working at a Million Dreams she have worked as a reading intervention aide at Willowville elementary.  She loves watching the kids faces light up as they master new skills. She always looks froward to spending time with her husband and their two daughters.  Taylor and Alexa both have headed off to college so she's still adjusting to being an “emptynester”! In her free time, she enjoy crafts, reading, listening to music and hanging with her three cats Katie, Charli and Pip. She is First Aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases and Child Abuse Awareness and Prevention Certified.
