Hello, my name is Allie Frank and I am the Center Director here at A Million Dreams. I have worked in the Early Childhood Education field for 11 years. Prior to becoming an administrator, I taught Pre-Kindergarten for 3 years. I have always had a genuine passion for working with children and the love I have for this field continues to grow. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have 6 children ages 2-11 years old. I love playing piano, visiting the zoo and aquarium, going to Red's games and you can absolutely call me a Swiftie.

I obtained my Teaching Credential in 2014 and I'm consistently looking for opportunities to learn and grow as an educator to provide the safest, quality program and create a love for learning in all of my students! I chose to go into education as I learned the vital importance the foundation of early learning and development plays in a child's school career. 

As Center Director, I make all efforts to provide a safe, clean and compassionate environment to allow families to know their babies are in the safest place possible while away from their littles. I'm eager to make your years spent here happy, memorable, educational and fun!
