Ms. Karen Tice
Sapling's Lead Teacher
My name is Karen Tice. I am married to Pastor Bill Tice, have 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. I was raised and lived in Louisiana most of my life. I retired after 25 years as an legal assistant to a Louisiana District Judge. Have traveled since retiring. Have taken care of children all my life. I always wanted to retire and rock babies all day - so here I am.
Looking forward to take care of all babies.

Prior to working at a Million Dreams I have worked as a reading intervention aide at Willowville elementary. I love watching the kids faces light up as they master new skills. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two daughters. Taylor and Alexa will both be headed off to college this fall so I will now be learning how to be an “emptynester”! In my free time I enjoy crafts, reading, listening to music and hanging with our three cats Katie, Charli and Pip

I have 2 sons, a daughter and am patiently waiting for grandchildren. For the past 16 years I have worked with high school age children. I decided I would go to the other end of the spectrum and care for babies! In my spare time I enjoy traveling, camping and hiking. Really anything outdoors.

Hi! I'm Rhonda Boulares and I have worked in the Daycare field for 19 years, taking care of toddlers and infants at a local church nursery. In my free time, I love to garden, cook, read and spend time with my two children and my various pets.

Hi my name is Beth Jennings, I have a son named Joseph. I love spending time with my family and friends. Also, I enjoy baking and reading, For over 30 years, I worked with individuals with special needs. I am thankful for Jesus in my life everyday!

and one cat named Sissy. I like animals.
I enjoy being active in my church, swimming, reading, spending time with family and friends, and going
to dirt track auto races.

Hi! My name is Destiny Mayes! I am in my second year of obtaining my AAS at Cincinnati State in Early Childhood Education. This is my first job in a childcare center and I couldn't be happier to be here! I am a mother of a six year old daughter and have loved watching her grow and learn in this big world. I look forward to celebrating your child's achievements and milestones with you!

Hello my name is Chloe, Blaine and I went to Live Oaks and studied Early Childhood Education for two years and we loved it! I worked at a summer camp for special needs children for 6 years and Blaine and I worked at a group home for special needs adults for 3 years. Some things we enjoy is binge watching crime shows and eating snacks. In 2016, Blaine became partners. He loves kids as much as me and has worked in a few preschools with me. Blaine is trained in seizure alert and hearing alert. Blaine and I are both excited to be a part of A Million Dreams!

Hi my name is Amber and I am super excited to be a part of A Million Dreams. I just graduated high school as an early graduate and I've been in childcare for a year now. I am currently waiting for acceptance into Galen college of nursing to pursue a career in pediatric oncology nursing. I can't wait for this journey with all the wonderful staff and families

My family moved to the Cincinnati Area in 2011 from Columbus, OH. I have a younger brother, a dog named Gigi, and two cats named Simba and Belle. I've always wanted to work with children since a 3rd grade teacher touched my heart. I find psychological awareness in young minds so fascinating that I'm furthering my education in Early Childhood and Psychology. In my free time I'm playing games, creating art, cooking or baking, and hanging out with Ms. Josie. I look forward to helping your child grow and develop their beautiful minds!

Ms. Josie Rodgers

I've lived in Goshen my whole life. I'm the youngest of four siblings. I have a niece named Gabriella and she is my favorite tiny human. I love children so much I decided to work with them! When I'm not working or babysitting my niece, you can find me reading, listening to music, playing games with my boyfriend, making art, or hanging out with Ms. Hannah. I also love animals and have 4 dogs and 3 cats. I look forward to teaching some of your favorite tiny humans!

My name is Asha Raglin. I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have lived in Milford, Ohio for four years. I have a degree in Criminology. I have a husband Warren we have been married for 11 years. We have four children Elisha Raglin- Hes seven, Leah Raglin- Shes 6, Mariah Israel Raglin,- Shes 4 and Elijah Raglin- Hes 2. I have over 5 years of experience working with children in childcare as well as having children of my own. My favorite food is pasta, favorite color is purple. I love to skate and spending time with my family. I'm a Sunday school teacher for the children at my church Miami Baptist in Milford. But most importantly I love God and Jesus with all my heart. My favorite scripture is Isaiah 40:31 They That Wait Upon The Lord, Shall Renew Their Strength, They Shall Mount Up with Wings of Eagles, They Shall Run and Not Be Weary they will Walk and not be Faint.
