Stephanie Judkins
Board Chair

My passion for education of young children spans 50 years, beginning with babysitting as a teenager, majoring in Early Childhood education in college, continuing with a focus on families in further education. I ran daycare centers when I was first married, then did home care when our own children came along. I am delighted to be a part of this Board and initiative in the ministries of Milford First Methodist Church. My husband, Dean, and I have lived in Milford for over 25 years and been part of this church. Our 3 children are grown, 2 still live in Cincinnati and we have 4 grandchildren.

As a 27 year educator, the importance of a firm, loving, educational foundation is so important. As a resident of Milford with 3 grown children, it has been a blessing to be a part of planning for this learning center to bless the lives of the community we have called home.

Dean Judkins
Church Administrator

I spent the majority of my working career in healthcare administration. Following my retirement in 2012, I looked for work where I could capitalize on my operational experience. An opportunity opened up at Milford First when the need for a Church Administrator arose.I have served in this capacity for the last 5 years or so. When the decision was made to open A Million Dreams Learning Center, I happily accepted a position on the Board to lend whatever help I could offer to make this dream a reality.

Pastor Steven Rodgers
Lead Pastor of Milford First United Methodist Church

Shortly after coming to this church in 2017, I and others have dreamed of opening a Christian based Learning Center, offering the little ones in our community a welcoming, healthy, and happy learning environment. It has been a blessing to see that dream become a reality in the opening of a Million Dreams Learning Center; a place dedicated to the care of our youngest community members and their families.
